I have spent over 30 years working in various levels of residential construction. My experience spans from hands-on carpentry and household repair work while running my own small handyman and renovation services company to superintendent management of custom multi-million dollar residential builds as well as project management for roofing and solar companies. I have past certifications in Green Building (LEED Green Associate), OSHA - 30-Hour Construction, and firm understanding Cybersecurity protocols. I have completed the Associate Digital Bookkeeper, Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor 1 and Xero software certifications.

I started my own bookkeeping firm HBerg Bookkeeping where I specialize in serving small to medium-sized, service-based contractors so they can better organize and manage their projects and realize more efficient practices that lead to profitable business growth. Having a "contractor minded vision" overseeing your books will ensure a better understanding of your labor & material demands, estimating & budgeting needs, and ultimately lead your team to smoother project deliveries, closing more jobs on time and within budget which leads to larger profit margins for the company as a whole.
